_Fire Emblem Heroes_ has a player character known as the Summoner, who summons Heroes for the Order of Heroes. Rather than being a customizable in-universe character like the tactician from _Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade_ or the avatars from _New Mystery of the Emblem_ through _Fates_, the Summoner is actually the player themselves.
