Olivier Vandeberme

Olivier is the director of the Reconstruction Agency. She has a sadistic relationship with Juuzou, often taunting him about their "promise". Olivier is very dedicated to her work and prideful, hating when she isn't able to voice her opinions or if her superiority is undermined. However, she has good intentions and works for the common good but the corrupt government stands in her way.
