Kei Mikhail Ignatov

Former Military Operative outside of Japan. He seeks out immigration to Japan with his wife, Maiko Maya Stronskaya to escape the brutality of war in their homeland. He is assigned as Inspector of Public Safety Bureau Unit One, making him the first foreigner to be chosen by Sibyl System as an Inspector.
