Mari Kuzui

Kuzui works in the Narcotics Control Department at the Matori. She's a superb drug appraisal expert and likes small and cute things such as Kai. She is an expert researcher of drugs and has also proven to be helpful in investigating cases. She has a significant crush on Kai, of which everyone in the NCD (excluding Kai himself) is aware of.
