Hikoichi Yakou

Hikoichi is an older gentleman with grey hair, a well-kept mustache, with his most distinguishing feature being his eyebrows which curl at the outer sides. Like a gentleman, he uses honorifics and is polite to anyone. However, he shows his savage side to satisfy his curiosity or during battles.

He has a twin brother called Yakou Jouich.

~!After winning the Collecting the Handkerchiefs game, Yakou is able to preside over the Surpassing the Leader match. He walks to the top of the Obelisk with Baku and Souichi. There he encounters Kaji and Oofuna Gakuhito. He asks them if they have always been together, to which the two reply that they have not. He then tells them to go away as only the referee, Yakou himself is allowed to observe the match.!~
