Jussai Kurai no Kodomo

A young girl with three white eyes and a flashy red dress that Jun Aikawa had met on a deserted island like that of a different world. Before Jun Aikawa was ever the strongest and even had a name, only having a codename known as "Desert Eagle". The child cannot speak Japanese, but she speaks English with slang.
