Born a commoner, he strongly opposes the noble regime of the Erebonia Empire. He is the figurehead to the Reformist Faction that wishes to take the power from the noble for the Imperial Government. Cunning and well-versed in backroom dealings and intelligence gatherings. His monicker, "Blood and Iron Chancellor" came from his strong-arm and sometimes underhanded politics to the annexation of the surrounding state.
