Dr. Ooyama

He is a Pokémon card researcher. He resides in the Ooyama Institute, where he teaches people how to play the Pokémon Trading Card Game and coaches practice duels. He was named and modeled after Pokémon Trading Card Game creator Kouichi Ooyama.
