Alice

Alice is a young, carefree girl who is the 431st guest of the manor. She expresses that she despises lies and carries herself in a nonchalant way through a journey said to be "tantamount to suicide"

~!At the end of the manga, Alice is revealed to be more of an anti-hero. She was a princess bedridden from illness that held nothing but the desire to truly experience the world. She becomes greatly invested in literature, using it as a proxy to experience the world that has been cut off from her. She then grows the desire to create the ultimate book, a book containing infinite knowledge. Her book consumes the souls of people it comes across, scrolling their souls into words within the pages. This power is revealed to have essentially destroyed the world, and unlike Serpent's book, Alice's is infinite in it's pursuit of knowledge.!~
