Genevieve Laustin

Genevieve is Isabelle's older sister. Although her family expects her to marry Victor, a general of the French army, she falls in love with the piano teacher Jules. Genevieve's father disowns her after finding out about the affair and she gives up her title and wealth in favour of living together with her true love.
