It's thanks to his outstanding negotiation skills that regardless of the huge budget whose necessity is questionable, Project Prominence is able to proceed.

Klaus is also a West German native, colonel in the West German Army and a former TSF Pilot. He is opposed to the G-bomb strategy as it could destroy the countries.
