Inokuma Iwakura

Rin's brother and leader of the Dragon Emperor Gang. Ruthless and brutal, he won't even forgive his brother easily when Shizuka threatens to jeopardize his operations and orders Rin to catch her at all costs. He has numerous facial scars and is always seen chewing gum loudly.
