Rosiel is [Alexiel's](https://anilist.co/character/2807/Alexiel) younger twin brother and the Inorganic Angel. He controls an infinite electromagnetic substance, and, like his sister, has three wings. He has a beautiful androgynous appearance and is obsessed with beauty, particularly his own.
