Paul Duncan

A Bohemian composer who hired [North No. 2](https://anilist.co/character/141755/North-2gou). He was on the verge of death due to a childhood illness, but he was saved by a surgery performed by [a Japanese doctor](https://anilist.co/character/1344/Kuroo-Hazama). As a result, his vision deteriorated and he became blind. Due to believing that he was abandoned by his mother in the past, he has a stubborn personality and even refers to North No. 2 as a weapon.
