Head of the Okutabi Lab, a covert research institute located in the basement of the Okutabi Science Museum. He acted as a sort of adopted father to [Shin](https://anilist.co/character/196521/) while Shin was raised in The Lab. Asakura's research is what gave Shin his clairvoyant powers.
