Chloe

Chloe is an assassin for the Les Soldats who only answers to [Altena](https://anilist.co/character/3844/Altena), a high-ranking member of the organization. Unlike [Mireille Bouquet](https://anilist.co/character/2259/Mireille-Bouquet) and [Kirika Yumura](https://anilist.co/character/2258/Kirika-Yumura), she prefers to fight with knives rather than guns. She claims to be the true Noir, is extremely skilled as an assassin, and shares many qualities of Kirika, making herself a near match for Kirika and at odds with Mireille, although she wishes to be her friend.

~!Chloe watched Kirika perform her first two assassinations when they were children on Mireille's parents, making her Idolize Kirika. Though she claimed to want to be friends with Mireille, she secretly harbors intense jealousy toward Mireille and her close relationship with Kirika. Near the end of the series, when Chloe attempts to kill Mireille during their final confrontation, she is stabbed by Kirika with the fork she lent to her.!~
