An elder that lives in the Granz Channel. He offers [Frieren](https://anilist.co/character/176754/Frieren) and [Fern](https://anilist.co/character/183965/Fern) a fake of one of the [Great Mage Flamme](https://anilist.co/character/219733/Flamme)'s grimoires as payment for cleaning up the shore of the channel by the New Year's Anniversary and checks up on them throughout their stay in town.
