Leonardo El Vandimion

[Scarlett](https://anilist.co/character/255701/El-Vandimion-Scarlett)'s older brother as well as [Julius](https://anilist.co/character/359260/Von-Pallistan-Julius)' attendant and best friend. He worries about his sister's well-being and psychological state, often wishing she would act (and live) like a normal woman at her age, and would often have stomach pains and shriek towards the heavens whenever he hears of his sister's vigilante antics. He's also a founder of the Crown Investigatory Office, albeit reluctantly, since he only wants to keep a close eye on his sister.
