Lieri Bishop is a New Solars Commander who does everything with her aide Naomi Evans. She knows how to take charge and has an absolute thought on doing all of her duties. She laughs at the Neo Terrorists and its her job to stop their activities. She has a husband who is also part of the New Solars.
