Minko is an apprentice chef and resident at Kissuisō. Though she is hard working, she becomes passive when being scolded for her mistakes and is usually victim to [Ohana](https://anilist.co/character/36184/Ohana-Matsumae)'s mishaps. She displays great jealousy when [Ohana](https://anilist.co/character/36184/Ohana-Matsumae) is praised by other staff. She attends the same high school as [Ohana](https://anilist.co/character/36184/Ohana-Matsumae), [Nako](https://anilist.co/character/37215/Nako-Oshimizu) and [Yuina](https://anilist.co/character/39194/Yuina-Wakura) ~!Minko is very popular among the boys in her class, but she turns down all of their love confessions as she secretly has a crush on Tohru. She discovers that Tohru has feelings for Ohana (although Ohana is oblivious to Tohru's feelings) and, as a result, feels jealous of Ohana.!~
