Charlotte Linlin, also known as Big Mom, is the captain of the Big Mom Pirates and is one of the four emperors. She is the matriarch of the very large Charlotte Family, which makes up the infrastructure of her crew. She also rules over Totto Land as it's queen, seeking to form it into a utopia where all the world's races can live together in peace without experiencing discrimination or segregation.

Big Mom has 85 children consisting of 46 sons and 39 daughters. Her 43 husbands are scattered all around the world.
