The sinister commander of the Neo-Atlanteans, Gargoyle never appears without his mask. His goal is to revive the will of Atlantis and take over the world. To do this he needs Nadia and Nemo's Blue Waters. Cruel, calculating, and deadly, he also believes that he is superior to all humans.
