Seiryu

Seiryu is the third member of the Four Beasts. A dragon demon, he is extremely fast and capable of emitting youki to turn the opponent into ice. In the manga he is promptly chopped into pieces by Hiei before he can attack him, making him the swiftest-defeated Saint Beast (though due to Hiei's skill, not due to being weak). In the anime, however, he proves to be a dangerous foe, nearly defeating Hiei before being killed himself. Middle C class demon.
