Takeru Kuroki

Takeru is one of Unit 8's Willwearers and a lieutenant. He has an enthusiastic personality and is laid-back when it comes to proper police procedure. Despite the difference in personality, he considers himself to be on good terms with his more serious co-workers. He wears Oscar II.
