In the near future the political system of Japan had become a monarchy, and then the king enacted the law of shooting license. The triggers who were arranged in each prefecture and Tokyo were permitted to shoot unconditionally. They shoot the one whom they judged as evil by their firm belief. This is the ultimate hard-boiled action cartoon.
