Originally released as a booklet bundled with the first limited edition release of Kimi wa Natsu no Naka. Contains two bonus stories:
1. Kimi to Natsu no Ato (君と夏のあと, After My Summer of You)
2. Kimi to Kimi (君と君, You and You)
