B.B. Fish

Kanazuki Sara, an elementary school student, meets Ushio Hayama, a boy who is an excellent swimmer, on the coast of Izu. He has the ability to attract fish. However, after being involved in an accident during a typhoon, he loses his mysterious ability along with his memories from before the accident, and has since moved to Tokyo.
Eight years later, the two meet by chance on the high school campus. However, Ushio now has a fear of water and has lost his memories.
